ALL BEVERAGES MUST BE PURCHASED DIRECTLY THROUGH THE DEKOVEN CENTER

Great Hall Bar Minimum: $1,500.00 | Assembly Hall Bar Minimum: $1,000.00

All bar packages are subject to a 20% service charge and tax.

All renters are required to go through The DeKoven Center for beverage service. The DeKoven Center has a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding alcoholic beverages as State Law requires ALL Permit holders to purchase from approved vendors. Any items present that were obtained in another manner (i.e. carry-ins) could result in fines and/or suspension of our license. The Event Manager reserves the right ask guests to leave or to end your event if problems persist. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure all guests are aware of and adhere to this requirement. If outside alcohol is carried in, the renter may be responsible for paying a $250.00 fee. PLEASE NOTE: The DeKoven Center reserves the right to sell items directly to event attendees above and beyond any items pre-purchased by the renter. This includes, but is not limited to: Bottled Beer, Cold Liquors or Top Shelf Liquors.

HALL HOSTED BAR PACKAGES

  • $4.00/person for length of event.

    Coca-cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, Sprite Zero, Mellow Yellow, Lemonade, Root Beer, Ginger Ale, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, and Pineapple Juice.

  • Hosted Bar: $8.00/person for 1st hr; $4.00/person for each additional hour

    House Tap Beer (Miller Lite & Spotted Cow), house wine (Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot, Moscato, and Pinot Grigio), Soda & Juice.

  • Hosted Bar: $10.00/person for 1st hr; $5.00/person for each additional hour

    Burnett’s Vodka, Kessler’s Whiskey, Gordon’s Gin, Cruzan Coconut Rum, Juarez Tequila, 8 Star Bourbon, Highlander Mist Scotch, J. Bavet Brandy, Cruzan Rum, House tap beer, House wine, Soda & Juice.

  • Hosted Bar: $12.00/person for 1st hr; $6.00/person for each additional hour

    All Rail Liquors, plus Absolut Vodka, Jack Daniels Whiskey, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Tanqueray Gin, Jose Cuervo Gold Tequila, Korbel Brandy, Jim Beam Bourbon, Johnnie Walker Red Scotch, Bacardi Silver Rum, Disarrono Amaretto, House Tap Beer, House Wine, Soda & Juice.

  • Hosted Bar: $16.00/person for 1st hr; $8.00/person for each additional hour

    All Rail & Premium Liquors, plus Belvedere Vodka, Crown Royal, Gentleman Jack, Johnnie Walker Black Label, Patron, The Knot, Jameson, House tap beer, House Wine, Soda & Juice.
