Ceremony Rental Includes

  • One-hour rehearsal on the day before your wedding

  • Three-hour, exclusive access time to St. John’s Chapel and the inner courtyard

  • Use of indoor sound system, piano, and pipe organ

  • Two getting-ready rooms

Ceremony Times

  • 1pm (Chapel/Courtyard access from 12pm - 3pm)

  • 4:30pm (Chapel/Courtyard access from 3:30pm - 6:30pm)

  • Custom (Chapel/Courtyard access from 12pm - 6pm)

Full Day Hall Rental Includes

  • Access to the hall from 10am - midnight

  • Choice of 6’ rectangular tables or 60” round tables

  • Banquet-style chairs

  • Customized floor plan

  • Floor length table cloths and napkins (various colors available)

  • Use of house place setting package for all guests (plates/ silverware/ drinkware)

  • Full length globe lights & backdrop

  • DeKoven Center event liaison

  • Bartender(s)

  • Event security from 6pm - midnight

Hall Rental FAQ

  • Both halls are heated and air conditioned

  • Candles MUST be flameless/battery-operated

  • In order to preserve our historic spaces, no adhesive is to be used on walls or floors

  • Round tables may have up to 10 people, but 8 or 9 are preferred

  • DeKoven’s Trusted & Preferred caterer list available

  • Non-preferred caterers must be licensed, insured, and sign a contract to be approved for your event

  • It is YOUR wedding day! Feel free to be creative and make it as unique as the two of you are!
